D&D 3D Printing and More, Jacksonville-based, minority- and veteran-owned studio, provides customized design and manufacturing solutions using dual-nozzle 3D printers and 40W laser engineering systems. The company specializes in reengineering parts, creating custom signage, and crafting military presentation items from durable, specialized materials.

Our company philosophy is rooted in the core military values of absolute integrity, meticulous attention to detail, and a relentless dedication to getting the job done right.

Our Leadership Team:

  • Dalton Weis — Founder & Lead Engineer: Dalton is an African American, 100% service-disabled military veteran completing his Interdisciplinary Studies degree with a formal Business minor at the University of North Carolina Wilmington (UNCW). Leveraging his formal training in business operations, accounting, and market analytics, Dalton directs all of our parametric CAD engineering, raw material compound validation, and corporate compliance.

  • Desiree Weis — Director of Client Solutions: Desiree manages our entire customer pipeline, multi-media design logistics, and e-commerce storefront. She leads our client intake process, making sure that your custom individual commissions, personalized gifts, and small business branding orders perfectly match your exact aesthetic goals.

We are a business with a purpose. Our long-term vision is to scale our manufacturing footprint to exclusively hire, onboard, and train other disabled veterans. By designing an accessible, adapted, and low-stress digital workshop utilizing highly automated technology, we are dedicated to providing a safe environment where veterans with physical and psychological limitations can learn advanced manufacturing skills, build incredible things, and reclaim their economic independence.
